2. Services Description

Bespoke Bags by Junyuan Bags provides custom leather bag manufacturing services including OEM, ODM, private label, and wholesale production. All manufacturing services are subject to separate written agreements and quotations.

3. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. Content may change without notice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of Bespoke Bags / Junyuan Bags and is protected by international copyright laws. Client designs and custom products remain the intellectual property of the respective clients.

5. Orders & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, and order specifications. Production begins only after sample approval and receipt of deposit payment.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative terms (Letter of Credit, Trade Assurance) are available for qualifying orders. All payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

7. Quality & Warranty

All products are manufactured per agreed specifications and quality standards. We stand behind our workmanship. Quality claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with supporting photographs or inspection reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bespoke Bags shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions) exempt us from delivery delays.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client designs, business information, and proprietary data. NDA agreements are available upon request and are standard practice for all OEM/ODM projects.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration in Quanzhou, Fujian Province.
